Seeking a superstar assistant to help our small charity thrive over the next three months

Are you a great communicator with strong organisational and multitasking skills?

We are looking for a well-rounded 2iC to provide strategic and admin support part-time for three months to support our CEO and ensure smooth day-to-day operations within our small team. As both the primary administrator and second-in-command, this role will handle everything from high-level project coordination to essential administrative tasks. This role is ideal for a highly organised professional who can manage multiple priorities and streamline processes across a lean organisation.

3-month fixed term contract, 25 hours per week.

Are you…

  • Experienced in a similar administrative or operational role, ideally in a small team environment.

  • Strong in organisational and multitasking skills, with an ability to adapt to changing priorities.

  • Proficient with tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online communication platforms.

  • An excellent communication

  • Interested in sustainable agriculture or the organic sector is a plus.
